TERMS & POLICIES

  • Payment Policy

    • Design Fees: All design fees must be paid in full before any work begins. This fee covers the time, creative development, and preparation required to start your project.

    • Print/Production Fees: All print and production fees must be paid in full prior to printing. No files will be sent to print, and no physical items produced, until payment has been received.

  • Custom & Personalized Orders

    • Custom designs, laser-engraved items, and personalized designs are made specifically for you. These orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once design approval is given or production has begun. Once final approval is made, the design is final.

    • Due to the personalized nature of custom work, no cancellations, refunds, or credits will be issued after payment of the design fee.

    • If a project is paused or discontinued by the client after payment, the design fee remains non-refundable, and any work completed to date will not be refunded.

  • Non-Custom Items

    • Non-personalized products may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided items are unused and in their original condition.

    • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

    • Refunds will be processed through Squarespace and may take 3–5 days to reflect.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 5 days with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

  • Digital Designs & Services

    • All digital design purchases are non-refundable, as they cannot be returned. If you need adjustments or revisions, we’re happy to help. Additional fees may apply depending on time spent.

  • Cancellations

    • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless production has already begun. Because many items are made to order, cancellation eligibility may vary.

    • Custom orders are non-cancelable after the design fee has been paid or production has begun.

  • Pickup & Shipping Policy

    • In-Person Pickup: JenBloom Studio is available for pickup within 15 minutes of Brooklyn Center, MN. Pickup must be scheduled in advance.

    • Shipping: Shipping is available at the customer’s expense. Rates and delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Tracking information will be provided when applicable. JenBloom Studio is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once an item has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

  • How to Begin a Return or Report an Issue

      • A description of the issue

      • Photos if applicable

      We’ll respond quickly to guide you through the next steps.
