Absolutely, printed samples are available for most invitation or stationery projects so you can see and feel the design before placing a full order. Some bulk orders may not be able to have a sample of the selected paper stock, but I can run a sample so that you may see it in print. Note, this may not be a good option for you if you are worried about exact colors as color many vary.
